为了有效管理和控制不安全行为,消除隐患,本文剖析了"五想五不干"的内涵,分析了"五想五不干"行为安全观察法的应用难点、使用原则与方法,并在网络环境下基于C#开发了"五想五不干"行为安全观察系统,通过系统运行的实践应用,验证了该方法的有效性与可操作性,可为行为安全的有效管理与控制提供借鉴。

For the purpose of managing and controlling unsafe behavior effectively and eliminating potential safety hazards,this paper introduces the connotation of "5 no works" and analyzes the difficulty,principle and method of "5 no works" behavior safety observation system,which is developed by using C# programming language under the environment of network.The results of practical application confirm the effectiveness and operability of the method and provide references for managing and controlling behavior safety effectively.
