借鉴事故系统四要素理论,基于文献综述从人、物、管、环四个方面系统归纳了建筑工人不安全行为的影响因素,集成决策实验室评价法(DEMATEL)和解释结构模型法(ISM)的优点,结合专家咨询法确定了影响因素间的层级关系及其对不安全行为的影响程度,构建了建筑工人不安全行为影响因素的多层递阶结构模型。结果表明:建筑工人不安全行为影响因素分为5个层次,领导对安全的重视是影响因素体系中的深层次因素,社会规范是根层次影响因素。该研究成果有助于推动不安全行为理论体系的完善,使企业专注于关键影响因素并进行有针对性的安全管理,进而提高安全管理的绩效。
Abstract:By referring to the theory of four elements of the accident system,this paper systematically extracts the influencing factors of unsafe behavior from four aspects of human,material,management and environment based on the literature review.Then,combining the advantages of integrated DEMATEL-ISM with the expert consultation method,the paper determines the hierarchical relationship among influencing factors and the degree of their influence on unsafe behavior,and constructs a multi-level hierarchical structure model of influencing factors of unsafe behavior. The paper divides the influencing factors of unsafe behavior into five levels. The results show that leaders' attention to safety is the deep-seated factor in the influencing factor system,and social norm is the root influencing factor.The research results will help to improve the theoretical research of unsafe behavior,and clarify key factors for the enterprises to carry out targeted management,and thus improve safety management performance.
